Payment If you are placing an order for a school:

To make the process easier for you as a customer there are a number of payment options available when placing an order online.

  • The school can be invoiced and payment can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods by Cheque/ Bacs or card.
  • Payment can be made online via Credit or Debit card we currently accept: MASTERCARD, VISA, SOLO, MAESTRO

If you need to use a purchase order please obtain prior to placing the order.

You can also print a PDF version of your order for your bursar to authorise and then post or fax to School Stickers.

When placing an order online please check your products carefully and ensure that the customised text that you have chosen is correct.

If you are not satisfied with your delivered goods please contact the office on 0800 781 2481 within 7 days of the delivery of the goods in question.


General Information

Can I change the colour/wording/image on the stickers or postcards?

Yes, all of our products can be completely customised. You could use the Create Your Own section of our site to create a brand new product, or email bespoke@schoolstickers.co.uk with the alterations that you would like to make and we will be able to help you further.


I teach a subject that's not listed on your site, how can I order relevant stickers and postcards?

We can produce stickers and postcards for all possible subjects. If you have a design in mind then you could use the Create Your Own section to produce your stickers. Alternatively, you could email us at bespoke@schoolstickers.co.uk with your subject name and details of what it involves. We will then create some possible designs and email them to you for your approval.


I ordered some stickers from you several years ago. I would now like to re-order them, but they're not listed on your site. Are they still available?

We do our best to keep all previous designs on file, so although your stickers may not appear on the website, we should still be able to produce them. If you contact the office with more information about the stickers then we will be able to find the designs and process your order. Alternatively, you could send us an example of the sticker/postcard in the post and we will then be able to recreate the design.


I would like to produce stickers or postcards that my pupils have designed, how do I go about it?

You can send your pupils' designs to us on paper and we can then scan them into our computers (Please do your best to make sure that they don't get folded or creased in the post, as this will show up on the stickers). Alternatively, you could scan the design in yourself and then just email it to us in a jpeg format to bespoke@schoolstickers.co.uk

Brightly coloured designs usually look the best, and it is important to make sure that vital elements of the design aren't too close to the edge as they could get missed off when the postcards are chopped up or the stickers are peeled off.


I work at a very small school, would I be able to buy stickers in a smaller pack size?

For smaller schools we are able to adapt our standard pack sizes. Please contact the office with specific details of the quantities you require and we will be able to confirm whether this is possible and give you a quote for the stickers.


What is MyStickers?

School Stickers rewards can have a unique 12 digit code printed on them which allows pupils to collect their rewards in an online virtual sticker album at www.mystickers.co.uk. Pupils who log their rewards receive points and have the opportunity to access online educational games and win fantastic prizes.

MyStickers is a FREE website developed to help motivate pupils and to give your rewards more power.
